瓷套切割研磨機

用途:用于大型瓷套管切割端面及研磨外圓端面或倒角。

組成:床頭箱、左右切割研磨頭架、左右溜板箱箱、床身、尾架、過濾裝置和電氣控制裝置等。

特點:由于采用微機控制來完成工藝要求的動作，所以切割、研磨質(zhì)量高(表面光潔度達Ra μm0.8,端面平面度為0.04mm,兩端面平和度為0.08mm),生產(chǎn)效率高，結(jié)構(gòu)合理。
